PROGRAMME

DAY 1 – July 6, 2026 | 9 am – 5 pm

Immediate Loading with Conometric Prostheses Single Units and Bridges

  • Biconometry: biological and mechanical principles
  • Advantages of conometric retention restorations: simplicity, precision, retrievability, operative time, and maintenance
  • Single conometric crowns for immediate loading and on healed implants: construction techniques in analog and digital workflows
  • Immediate loading in the esthetic zone: clinical protocols and scientific rationale
  • Conometric bridges in the esthetic zone and posterior sectors
  • From provisional to definitive restoration: fabrication techniques using analog and/or digital workflows

Hands-on Sessions

  • Practical exercises with conometric components for single units
  • Removal and activation of conometric retention bridges

DAY 2 July 7, 2026 | 9 am – 5 pm

Immediate Loading with Conometric Prostheses Full and Terminal Edentulism

  • Immediate loading with conometric prostheses in total and terminal edentulism
  • Decision-making process in patients with total or terminal edentulism
  • Clinical protocols for immediate loading in total edentulism
  • Socket-fit prostheses (FP1) and hybrid prostheses (FP3): selection criteria
  • Immediate provisional vs. immediate definitive prosthesis: clinical indications
  • Conometric vs. screw-retained prostheses: advantages and disadvantages
  • Pre-surgical prosthetic shell: analog and digital workflows and laboratory phases
  • Duplication of the provisional: analog and digital workflows for fabrication of the definitive prosthesis

Hands-on Sessions

  • Model-based fabrication of a titanium substructure using electro-welding
  • Bar shaping and bending techniques using dedicated instruments
  • Abutment parallelization on a working model

Course Syllabus

For clinicians committed to excellence, the goal is to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions in reduced time and at sustainable costs.

This course introduces two game-changing tools: WeldOne (intraoral titanium welding with a dedicated device) and Conometric (friction-retained restorations without screws or cement).

Over two intensive days, we will explore implant-prosthetic solutions that combine these concepts through both analog and digital workflows, grounded in years of clinical experience and research.

Extensive hands-on sessions will ensure practical, immediately applicable skills.

During the course, relive surgery sessions (pre-recorded surgical procedures commented on in real time by the operating surgeon) will be presented.

Participants will receive scientific literature and a certificate of completion.

Limited spots available.
