PROGRAMME

Day 1

Intra-oral welding: history and background

The WeldOne Welding Unit and dedicated components

Correct design and construction technique of the framework in the immediate loading

Prosthetic shell lab technique: standard and digital procedures

Partially and fully edentulous protocols

Temporary, final and durable prostheses: inclusion/exclusion criteria

Hand-crafted vs digital: synergies between WeldOne and computer-guided surgery

Re-live

Screening and discussion of numerous surgery and prosthetics videos that clearly illustrate and explain the various techniques

Hands-on

– Construction of full arch framework on a model

– Bar shaping and bending techniques  with dedicated instruments

Day 2

Limits of cemented and screw-retained restorations

Advantages of conometrically retained restorations: simplicity, precision, retrievability, maintenance

Conometric and Chamber Concept in the single implant restorations

From the Conometric Concept to Acuris: the evolution of a brilliant idea

Conometric single restoration with immediate loading and staged loading approach

Single-crown conometric restoration with digital and traditional workflow

Sub crestal placement and Gap Free restorations: how to develop the optimal emergence profile

Re-live

Screening and discussion of numerous surgery and prosthetics videos that clearly illustrate and explain the various techniques

Hands-on

– Acuris crown seating and removal with dedicated instruments

– Learn how to seating and removal a definitive conometric bridge with dedicated instruments

Day 3

The Conometric Concept and multiple implant restorations (partial or fully edentulous)

How to share a fixed restoration on multiple implant platforms using the Conometric Concept

Decision criteria for choosing between socket-fit (FP1) and hybrid (FP3) bridges

When is it better to employ an immediate temporary and when instead, directly, a final full-arch restoration

Screw-retained vs conometric full arch bridge: decision criteria

From temporary to final restoration in 1 appointment, traditional and digital workflow

Course Syllabus

I believe that the goal of all of us who love our work and want the very best for our patients is to continually look for high quality solutions that are achievable in shorter time periods and for a reasonable cost. For some time now we have understood that the best way to achieve this objective is to combine tecniques, when possible, working directly on the patient and concluding everything on the same day. This approach utilizes two fantastic tools: WeldOne and  Conometrics.

Weldone: intra oral welding of titanium components by means of a dedicated machine developed by the author.

Conometric: friction retained restorations without screws or cement.

During the 3 course days I will explain the large number of different implant-prosthetic solutions that are obtained by the synergy of these two concepts (WeldOne & Conometric) with both analog and digital workflows, based on the results of my research and clinical practice.  The course covers all technical and clinical aspects, along with numerous practical sessions to ensure that delegates fully understand the principles involved and their practical application.

Upon completion of the course, the delegates will  receive all relevant literature and a certificate of completion.
